Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He serves as a pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne has a passion for training the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves as a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has published numerous pieces online and is a contributing author to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Re-invent Your Life With God's Unchangeable Truth. Kelleman and Viars).
