Ashley was born in San Clemente, California on February 10, 1987. She began surfing at the age of 5 prior to moving to Hawaii. In the midst of her 6th birthday she was able to win a surfing competition using a broken board found in a trash can outside of her house. At the age 5 she was surfing, and by the age of 6 she was the winner of her first surf contest. By the time she was 7, she already had a sponsorship. The city she was born in was San Clemente in California. After that, she moved to Hawaii. She began dating Abraham who was a model in 2016.
